This guide walks you through ordering from the openLN card shop at cards.openln.com, from the shop home to the checkout and the moment the invoice is paid. The shop sells NFC cards for bitcoin and Lightning: blank NTAG424 cards that you write yourself, cards printed with your own design, and ready-made designs from community creators. Ordering takes a few minutes, and you do not need an account. One thing to know before the numbers below: the shop shows prices as a live snapshot, and they can change between visits, because they follow the bitcoin rate. Each price also carries a fiat estimate beside it. When you order, the amount shown on your own invoice at checkout is the amount you pay.
Open cards.openln.com. The hero states what the shop is: Custom NFC cards, minted to order, designed by you. Cards are produced only once you order them. Under the hero the shop summarizes the essentials: cards from 4,021 sats at the snapshot, the chip is NTAG424, its security is AES-128, and payment settles over Lightning. Those chip facts repeat across the shop, and they matter: the NTAG424 DNA is the chip the Bolt Card standard runs on, and AES-128 is what makes every tap verifiable against cloning.
Below the buttons, three tiles outline the ways to buy: 01 / BLANK, Buy a blank card; 02 / YOUR DESIGN, Print your own art, printed front and back with a minimum of one unit; 03 / COMMUNITY, Pick from the catalog, which supports community creators. This guide takes the blank cards, the simplest product to start with. Press Browse Catalog, boxed in red in the screenshot. Everything in the shop starts there.

The catalog opens on the line Designs, minted to order. with the chip restated underneath: NXP NTAG 424 DNA chip, CR80 credit card size. A strip above the grid shows the shop's running numbers at the snapshot: 6 cards minted, 3,600 sats paid to creators, and 4 creators. Just above the tiles, the catalog notes 9 designs available.
The first tiles are the options the shop is built on. RIC Terminal, 58,729 sats at the snapshot: the point of sale terminal, in nine colours. Blank Cards, 4,021 sats: unprinted NTAG424 cards. Custom Design, 12,062 sats: your own artwork printed front and back by the studio. Below those come the community designs, each one showing its creator handle and a royalty in sats that the creator earns when the design sells.
Blank cards are the ones you write yourself. They arrive unprinted, with the chip at factory defaults, and after delivery you write them from the openLN app or with a RIC Terminal: a URL, a line of text, or your own payload. To order them, press the Blank Cards tile, boxed in red in the screenshot.

The product page for Blank Cards states exactly what you are buying: Order unprinted NTAG424 cards with no design. Pay only for the card and shipping. The Design Details card repeats it line by line: card type NTAG424 DNA NFC Card, design Blank, unprinted, card price 4,021 sats, printing price Not printed.
On the right sits the pricing. Total Unit Price reads 4,021 sats, with a fiat estimate of about €3.00 at the snapshot. The Quantity dropdown sets how many cards you want; it starts at 1 card. The ORDER SUMMARY below is where shipping appears: Cards (1) at 4,021 sats, then Worldwide Shipping as its own line, 40,204 sats in this example, about €30.00 at the snapshot rate. The two add up to a total of 44,225 sats, about €33.00 at the snapshot. If the numbers look right, press Continue to Checkout, boxed in red in the screenshot. Nothing is charged yet.

The cart page is titled CHECKOUT / Your Cart. It repeats the order once more before payment: the item row shows Blank NTAG424 DNA NFC Card at 4,021 sats each, with plus and minus controls to change the count, and the same ORDER SUMMARY on the right with the shipping line and the same total. Continue shopping goes back to the catalog, and Clear cart empties the order.
Under the checkout button sits the sentence that decides whether you need an account: No account needed. Check out with just your email and a Lightning wallet. Signing in is optional and only saves your address and tracks your orders; the Sign in link sits in that same line. Press Continue to Checkout, boxed in red in the screenshot.
Then comes the payment. The checkout asks for your email and your shipping address, then shows a Lightning invoice: a QR code and a string you can copy into your wallet. Pay it with any Lightning wallet you have. The page watches the invoice and confirms the payment on screen, then takes you to your order page. In the shop's own words, orders are confirmed once the Lightning invoice is paid, and an unpaid invoice expires without placing the order.
After that, your cards are minted and shipped: every card is produced to order, production usually takes a few business days, and then worldwide shipping applies based on your destination and the method chosen at checkout. If you ordered a community design instead of a blank card, its creator earns a royalty in sats when the design sells. The catalog keeps the running count, 3,600 sats paid to creators across 4 creators at the snapshot.
